These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the business entity accessing or using the Services (“Customer,” “Subscriber,” “you,” or “your”), and Stageory Inc. / LLC, a California entity (“Stageory,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, using, subscribing to, or otherwise interacting with the Platform or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2 Business Use Only

The Platform and Services are intended solely for business and commercial use. Individual consumers are not permitted to register for or use the Platform.

1.3 Authority to Bind Entity

If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full authority to bind such entity to these Terms. In such event, “you” and “your” refer to that entity.

Your use of the Platform may also be subject to additional policies, guidelines, or supplemental agreements published by Stageory from time to time, including but not limited to privacy policies, marketplace rules, affiliate program policies, and service-specific terms.
